This novel really captured my attention! This book tells a heartwarming love story that pulls you in and makes you long for a glimpse of happiness. Young readers should keep in mind that real life shouldn't mirror the story presented here. My heart was genuinely touched by the characters, and the author did a masterful job of capturing their feelings. I would recommend this book!

This romantic love story will make you cry. You will find this story to be one that could happen to anyone anywhere in today's world. Jessie and Michael care deeply for each other, and with an unplanned pregnancy, it becomes clear that keeping their family stable in the face of impending problems is paramount. This first volume makes a great gift. Recommended.

Unconventional romantic story

I like that this book did away with a lot of the conventional romance tropes. While it is clear that Jessie and Michael love each other, an unplanned pregnancy leaves them with their work cut out for them. While there is plenty of romance in this story, it has a far more realistic feel and much of the narrative covers the struggles they face. The characters were relatable which makes me root for them that much more. I enjoyed this twist on a romantic novel and look forward to more.

This was a well-written second book in a series and grabbed me from the get-go. Although I would have appreciated a bit more of summary of what went down in Book 1, I was able to follow the narrative thread by and by and recommend this book, this series, and look forward to book 3. The author's voice throughout proved lively and sure, which will have me coming back for more. Fine work!
